With extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) and Organization Development (OD) across diverse sectors, she offers guidance to leaders at all levels in team leadership, personal leadership and career transition across global markets.

    Maxine holds certifications as a Professional Coach, Executive Coach, Corporate Trainer and International Protocol & Intercultural Etiquette Consultant with affiliations with global coaching and training organizations.

    Recognized for her leadership and pioneering contributions to the HR Profession, the HR Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago has named a Legacy Award the "Maxine Barnett Award for HR Excellence" in her honor.

    A Diaspora Leader for the Caribbean American Community, Maxine actively engages in diaspora initiatives.
    A Global Mentor, she makes time to mentor women and girls as she supports their personal and professional growth.
